I recently bought an Audi from Browns Cars, I'm very impressed. I mostly spoke to Toni who was very helpful in sending me videos and pictures, highlighting everything I wanted to know about the car. They also delivered half way to me, as I live far away which was a huge help. I'd like to say a massive thank you again as the car is immaculate and the service was excellent, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Not your average car sales!

Honesty and approachability, - refreshingly open and conversational. Delivered the vehicle to us at no extra charge (not around the corner too I'll add).

Perfect business

From start to finish the buying and part-exchange went smoothly. Andrew at no point put pressure on me to make the purchase, like some salespersons can do. I would highly recommend doing business with Andrew. He also messaged me a couple of weeks after to check everything was still good with my purchase.

Outstanding service

I wholeheartedly endorse all the 5-star reviews already on here. Toni gave me a thorough video tour of the car, pointing out every tiny blemish, and delivered it to my home. When I later discovered that the locking wheel nut key was missing, she made every effort to trace it, but it couldn't be found, so she refunded the cost of having the lock nuts removed and replaced.

Absolutely great service, Toni communicated throughout the process. I didn't see the car before I purchased so put a lot of trust into the garage. Toni had a video call with me to show me the car and answered any questions I had thoroughly.

Fantastic company

Such a pleasant car-buying experience with Andy and Toni, both are so helpful and kind. Everything was ready for when we viewed the car and it was sat at the front of the drive for us, freshly cleaned. There was no pressure, all our questions were answered and we were left to look around the car with a cup of coffee! We were able to properly test drive the car too. Overall a very easy and relaxed transaction and we got exactly what we were looking for. 100% recommend.
